Day Of Coordination
This service will suit you if you have already found your suppliers and have created your planning, or if you are planning to, but need someone to bring your vision to life on the day! We will have a first meeting to understand how far you’ve progressed, to establish which tasks need to be done by the day-of and to decide when I will take over.
What does it include? discovery meeting, timeline creation and management, technical visit, meetings (3 months out and 1 month out), e-mail and instant messaging communication, day-of coordination as well as additional days with assistants, where needed.
