We offer a variety in catering services; Chef de Cuisine assistance, catering for any occasion, and cooking classes. We offer buffets, formal courses, family style (a crowded table), and special theme services. We can also offer the following items up to an event for 100; serving staff, linen napkins, linen tablecloths, dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, wine glasses, water glasses, appetizer and serving dishes.
From Traditional BBQ to Five Star Resort Cuisines, Chef Eric’s range of skills make him desirably flexible when creating new menus.
His love for food has given him a culinary education specializing in American Southern Traditional, Classic French, Barbecue, and is a superior Poissonnier.
We work closely with either the bride and groom or the wedding planner to develop the perfect menu for you. We are also available to cater the day before or the day after the event as well for pre and post wedding parties.
