La Sauvagière is a company with multiple activities, dedicated to plant-based cuisine, good wine and kindness. Passionate about cooking and wine, attached to conviviality and sharing a good meal, Claire is keen to prove that veganism lends itself just as much to these celebrations as classic gastronomy. It is very important for her to contribute to the development of plant-based gastronomy because it offers a gentler and more respectful approach to everything that surrounds us.
