The influence of cinema is very strong in my work and is felt in my creations.
Until now, wedding video has been mostly reportage style. The videographer made sure to film every moment, incorporating as many guests as possible, and to retrace the day chronologically and as faithfully as possible.
Now, and with the democratization of video in our daily lives, it has evolved to become a wedding film.
The difference is considerable: the videographer, like the photographer, turns towards more aesthetic, more artistic work.
The film is now more focused on emotions, more intimate. It refocuses on the bride and groom themselves.
It is no longer a question of listing all the events but of bringing them to life, of making people feel the atmosphere of the day and what the bride and groom experienced.
In this sense, the films that I make have a cinematographic image and are accompanied by music selected to best convey emotions.
I always try to rediscover that unique feeling that we feel when we are in front of a cinema screen and a shiver runs through us as we experience the scene.
